Either the tutor or the course organiser will contact you the week prior to the workshop. Please keep a note of your course information and the enquiries number in case you need to make contact prior to the date of the course.

Countess Wear Village Hall Committee reserve the right to cancel any courses if enrolments are inadequate. Monies will be refunded should this occur.

STUDENT CANCELLATION OR NON ATTENDANCE

Refunds are not made if a booking for a course is cancelled by a student less than 6 weeks before the course start dates for any reason or if student does not attend on the day as this may make it necessary to cancel the course.

COUNTESS WEAR VILLAGE HALL

The objective of our programme of courses is to offer as many and varied courses as possible to benefit those in the community. Countess Wear Village Hall is run by a team of volunteers. The majority of the organisation and administration of the courses shown in this brochure is done on a voluntary basis to keep course fees as affordable as possible but there are many overheads, promotion, caretaking etc which are always rising, in particular this year fuel costs are rising dramatically .

Sadly we are unable to gain funding to offer concessionary rates for our courses and hope this will not preclude you from joining us.
